OVERVIEW

Our Counterbalance Forklift Truck Training course is designed to give operators the knowledge and practical skills required to operate counterbalance trucks safely, confidently and effectively in the workplace.

Counterbalance forklift trucks are one of the most widely used types of materials-handling equipment and are commonly found in warehouses, manufacturing facilities, yards and distribution environments. Their design makes them suitable for a wide range of lifting, loading, unloading and pallet-handling operations.

Training combines theory and practical instruction, covering safe operating procedures, pre-use checks, load handling, stability, manoeuvring and work place hazards. Courses can be provided for novice operators, experienced operators, refresher/reassessment candidates and operators requiring conversion training.
