OVERVIEW

Our Narrow Aisle / VNA Forklift Truck Training course is designed to give operators the specialist knowledge and practical skills required to operate very narrow aisle trucks safely and confidently within warehouse and distribution environments.
VNA trucks are designed to work within extremely narrow racking aisles and are commonly used for high-level pallet handling and order picking. Their specialist steering, lifting systems and operating environment require operators to develop precise control, good spatial awareness and a thorough understanding of safe load handling.
Training combines essential theory with practical, hands-on instruction, including pre-use inspections, truck controls, manoeuvring within narrow aisles, load handling, stacking and de-stacking at height, workplace hazards and safe operating procedures.
The course is suitable for novice operators, experienced operators requiring formal training and assessment, and trained operators requiring refresher, reassessment or conversion training. Training can be delivered on-site using the equipment operators will use within their own workplace.
